Correspondence Kickstarter Launched!

The Kickstarter for my new project is live! Correspondence: a little collection of queer tunes, is a collaborative composing project that will result in an EP and a tune book. At some point there might be tote bags and T-shirts but that's a little way away yet.

In short, Correspondence is a collection of duets with one tune contributed by each player. It is definitely going to get made (I've already got companion tunes from four contributors and I'm just waiting for a few more to come in) but supporting it now, might be the difference between recording in studios and rather than living rooms, and if enough funds are raised then I may be able to expand the project to involve even more musicians, so you'll get to listen to more new tunes!

The Kickstarter will run until the 1st of October 2025, so you have a month if you'd like to get involved.

I've had so much fun working on this project so far, I've been sent some absolutely lovely tunes already and I can't wait to get the air buzzing when I finally get to play them with their composers! Some of the companion tunes that I've tasked myself to write have come really easily, whereas others are taking a little longer cook. I can't wait to share more!
